mylovingcrafts.com is a website providing services all over India and sending you incredible lovely gifts & cards at your doorstep. All products, services and information displayed on mylovingcrafts.com are to put forward your order that you buy which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below.

mylovingcrafts.com reserves the rights to accept or reject your order and inform you by email or message regarding the confirmation of your order. After verifying your contact details, we will process your order.

Images of clients shared by our partners/vendors may be used for marketing under the implied understanding that the clients have voluntarily allowed the photographs/videos to be taken. In case of objections, the images will be removed immediately.

In the case of products or experiences, there may be a slight variation from the picture/video shown. We shall, however, ensure our best to keep it as close to the photograph/description as possible.

The product specifications (weight, size, colour etc.) mentioned with the product photos are only approximate. There may, hence, be a variation in the pictures and the respective products. mylovingcrafts.com, in its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar/alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control.

The product/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied and mylovingcrafts.com disclaims all or any of them to the fullest extent. mylovingcrafts.com does not warrant that the products/services offered will be error-free, or that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are or will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

In an effort to provide our customers with the most current information, mylovingcrafts.com will, from time to time, make changes in the contents and in the products or experiences described on this site. Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without notice. Any prices used on this site may not be indicative of the actual selling prices in your area. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers.

If in case, your order is not dispatched and incorrect information has occurred due to an error in pricing or product(s) information, your order will not be considered and we reserve the rights, to cancel the order for any reason and revert back to you through e-mail, message or call.

Being in gifting industry, we’ve to deliver gifts on time, so it is not possible to show the preview of every single order and wait for confirmation to proceed or not. It has the chances of product getting delayed and Loving Crafts obviously don’t want to spoil your occasion being late.

Cancellation by mylovingcrafts.com:

• Please note that there are some orders that we are unable to accept and they will be cancelled from our side.
• We reserve the right, to cancel the order for any reason. Like under any foreseen circumstances that may come in the way of your order that may be limitations on quantity available for purchase, error in product(s) or pricing information, or limitations of our credit department.
• We may also require information before accepting your order. We will contact you if in any case, your order is cancelled or any kind of information that is required to accept your order.
• In case of perishable items, delivery is attempted just once. If the address is incorrect or the recipient is not available we will not be able to deliver again as the items are unusable again. No refunds are possible in such cases.

Cancellation by customer:

• If your order is cancelled after making payment from your side, the amount will be credited after deducting 3% from your total order amount as a processing fee to your account within 7-10 working days.
• We reserve the right to not refund your amount when you cancel your order after starting your work or your order is dispatched/delivered because it will be unusable for anyone.

• As our all products are personalised and ordered for any special occasion, we start your work within few hours of receiving your order.

In case of providing wrong mobile number or shipping/billing details, customer have to drop an email on [email protected] or they can WhatsApp us on +91 90394-38669

We can do these corrections only if the you share details before dispatching the product.

• Customers must have to provide pictures/photographs in HD quality to customize your product better and to avoid any distortion/issues in the output of your customized product.
• Please read the instructions (mentioned in the product description) before uploading the required pictures/photographs for your product customization to avoid any distortion/issues in the final product.
• My Loving Crafts will not be responsible for such distortion/issues in your product if the picture given/uploaded is not compliant with the instructions.
• We can’t notify/inform you of such issues. So please make sure all the pictures/photographs you will upload during the purchase must be compliant with the instructions.
• Pictures/Photographs must be of good or HD quality otherwise they may get distorted during printing/engraving/enlargement etc.

• We can’t engrave or print every emoji/smiley/icon given by you along with the message during product purchase. So please don’t provide such emojis/smileys/icons with the message.
• If you haven’t provided required message/text to customize your gift/product, your gift/product will be delivered to you without message/text. And we are not liable to remind you for the same.
• You need to add message/text carefully because whatever has given will get printed/engraved over your product and delivered to your address.

• The printed price of the product may differ from the price mentioned in our website (www.mylovingcrafts.com) due to processing of the products at My Loving Crafts’ end to your given shipping address.
• Add-ons with any product (If selected) is set to only 1 as default quantity per product type. Quantity displayed in Images may differ on the website. Images are for graphical representation only.
• If the add-ons (selected with the product during purchase) gets damaged during transportation process. It will be replaced or refunded by My Loving Crafts, in accordance to the conditions.

Loving Crafts has its office in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. All the litigation will strictly be subject to the judiciary of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh jurisdiction only. It is one of the prominent websites that engaged in providing tailor-made gifts to customers globally.

If you have given us incomplete information of delivery (i.e. wrong name or address) extra charges will be taken from you as delivery charge if in case your parcel will be returned back to us from courier company and you need it again.

mylovingcrafts.com reserves the rights to confirm the information and other details provided by you at any time, and if your given information is incorrect, we reserve the right to reject your request of the given address or information.

During the unboxing of the parcel box, a person should take a short video and send it to our official WhatsApp number (+91 90394-38669) or official email address ([email protected]) to claim the damage recovery of your Loving Crafts’ product.

Complaint regarding product:

• If you feel the product is defective, please contact us and we will work out a solution to your satisfaction. Product(s) will take 10-15 days for replacement. Returns are not processed for any products that are tampered with, in used condition, or with damaged packaging etc.
• If you have any complaint or problem regarding your ordered product, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours after receiving your order.
